    Training: 3.5 hours (minimum) to 9 hours or more, almost every day

    Locations: For general running, biking, rollerblading, paddling, swimming, rowing, skiing, skating, climbing and snowshoeing, I train all over Edmonton, Leduc and throughout the surrounding country, lakes and rivers. For stair running I mainly train at the H. M. Tory Building, at the University of Alberta.
